Natelle Monthly Direct Debit Subscription Policy

Welcome to the Natelle VIP membership!

By subscribing, you gain access to a world of exclusive benefits, including a monthly credit to spend on excusive VIP rentals, special birthday treats, personal invitations to events, and so much more. This policy outlines the terms and conditions of our monthly direct debit subscription.

1. Subscription overview

Natelle offers a VIP membership for £25.00 per month, which is charged as a monthly direct debit. The membership includes exclusive benefits as described below, all designed to enhance your experience and provide access to our virtual wardrobe.

2. Membership benefits

As a Natelle VIP member, you will enjoy:

  • Exclusive access to rentals: VIP members can rent garments from our collection, allowing you to enjoy new pieces for your special occasions.
  • £25.00 monthly credit: Each month, you receive a £25.00 credit to spend on rentals. This credit is issued as a voucher code on the first day of each month and expires at the end of that month.
  • Annual birthday treats: Celebrate your special day with a Natelle birthday surprise.
  • Exclusive event invitations: Receive personal invitations to our exclusive in-person events, giving you insider access to the Natelle community.
  • Early access to new arrivals: Be the first to browse and reserve new items in our collection.
  • Loyalty discounts and offers: Enjoy member-only discounts and offers on rentals, purchases, and more.
  • Special offers on made-to-order garments: Access exclusive offers on non-rental, made-to-order pieces from our luxury collection.
  • Surprise giveaways: Enjoy surprise giveaways and special perks throughout the year.

3. Monthly billing and payments

The VIP membership fee of £25.00 will be automatically debited from your account each month. Payment is processed via direct debit, and by subscribing, you authorize Natelle to collect this payment monthly until you decide to cancel, which you can do at anytime.

4. Cancellation policy

The VIP membership is flexible, allowing you to cancel at any time. To cancel your subscription:

  • Access your VIP profile and cancel your subscription by selecting the “cancel subscription option”.
  • Alternatively, email our team at info@natellewilliams.com with your cancellation request.
  • Once cancelled, your VIP access and all associated benefits will end on the last day of your billing cycle.
  • If you cancel your membership, you can still purchase made-to-order items, but access to rental garments and other VIP-exclusive benefits will be discontinued.

    Please note that once cancelled, any unused monthly credit will expire at the end of the current billing period and will not roll over or be refunded.

5. Refunds and termination

Natelle reserves the right to terminate any membership at its discretion for reasons such as misuse of benefits, failure to comply with the terms of this policy, or other breaches of our brand's values and standards. If terminated, any remaining monthly credit will be forfeited.

6. Membership renewal

The VIP membership renews automatically each month unless cancelled. There is no commitment period, and you may choose to cancel at any time. By subscribing to the Natelle VIP membership, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
